30 Days Return & Free Exchange Warranty

At spelesy.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We have strict quality assurance before each product is shipped. We offer Free Exchange if you are unsatisfied with the item and we cover all incurred costs. Also, we have a warehouse at Renton, WA for returned goods, and you could return your order for full refund within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. We are here to help! 

 

 

I. Exchange & Return Process  


If you had any problem after you have received your order, please email our customer service at: info@spelesy.com. We will reply to you via e-mail within 1-3 working days. All processes would be conducted by our customer service.

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

  1. Please send us your order number and a description of the issue, as well as pictures or videos that shows the problem.

  2. Please do not return directly to the shipper address on the package, only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will only be processed when the package is received by our customer service center.

 

II. Exchange & Return Policy 


  1. You can have a return or free exchange within 30 days after delivery. 

  2. Items should not be worn out or soaked and the label should be intact.

  3. We are fully or partially responsible for all the following faulty items and shipping charges:

  4. a) Damaged item (zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color discrepancy);

  5. b) Incorrect size or wrong items due to our mistake;

  6. c) Missing items or lost package owing to logistics company.

  7. We are not responsible for the following issues, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise:

  8. a) Buyer chose the wrong size or color;

  9. b) Buyer doesn't like the item (item is not faulty).

 

III. Exchange & Refund


For free exchanged packages, we will resend you the new package within 72 hours after the customer service team confirmed your exchange. Shipping fee is on us.

For returned packages, we will notify you via e-mail and the refund will be processed within 72 hours to your payment card or Paypal account after the package has been received by our warehouse. We will also notify you by e-mail after the refund has been completed.

 

Ⅳ. Package Returned
